Final final for real final! (for real)

I think this is it?

Web is unchanged, but this Windows build uses the Forward+ rendering chain instead now, which seems to be more performance-oriented setting? Also I enabled full screen mode finally on the desktop version, probably should have done that earlier.

Had a great time doing a mix of brand new game engine coding tasks and familiar audio things. I'm very happy with the MIDI polyphony handler I wrote, I only wish MIDI devices were as easy to read as as web as they are on desktop. So much for web-based MIDIinstrument games. Anyway, that's not too big of an issue because people with MIDI gear can figure out how to run an exe. And regardless, the project was a lot of fun, and I'm already looking forward to doing more stuff in the future.

Not sure if I'm going to add anything to this after the Jam is over, may revisit it but I think it'd be better to start from scratch considering this game was the crawling that comes before walking. Godot is sick though, definitely gonna use it further.
